光器件金属材料的激光焊接试验研究

             

摘要

以普通光器件为研究对象,根据焊接材料形状的特殊性和内部性能及加工工艺要求,分析焊接材料的作用过程.利用激光深熔焊、热传导焊等相关理论,以材料在激光作用下的传热理论为基础,选择激光热传导型焊接.试验中设计出一套专用夹具,对光器件进行脉冲热传导焊,对焊件进行品质检验,并分析产生缺陷的原因.%It takes ordinary optical devices as the investigated to analyze the role of the welding material according to the particularity of the shaped welding material and internal performances as well as the processing requirements. The laser thermal conduction welding is selected based on heat transfer theory of the material acted by the laser by exploitation of correlation theories on laser deep penetration welding and thermal conduction welding. During the trials a special fixture is designed to perform pulse thermal conduction welding for the optical devices with weldment quality inspection and defect cause analysis.
