基于分形理论的企业能力素质建模研究

摘要

Facing the complexity of enterprise competence system, the concept of competence fractal-cell is proposed. Upon this basis, enterprise competence model is established through description capsulation of competence fractal-cell and its incidence relation in accordance with unified data pattern. This competence model can support enterprise competence exploitation and is conducive to competence innovation.%针对企业能力素质系统的复杂性,提出了能力素质分形元的概念.在此基础上,按照统一的数据模式对企业能力素质分形元及其关联关系进行描述封装,建立了企业能力素质模型,可以支持企业能力素质重用,有助于企业能力素质重构和创新.
