基于现有配料过程中存在的问题,设计了一种智能型皮带给料机.对这一皮带给料机的结构进行了分析,对控制系统进行了改进,并通过C#语言进行了数值仿真.仿真结果优于传统给料机,确认这一智能型皮带给料机的控制精度与可靠性满足生产要求.%An intelligent belt feeder was designed based on the existing problems in the batching process.Through the analyses of the structure of the belt feeder,the control system was improved,and the numerical simulation was carried out via C # language.Due to that the simulation results are better than that of the traditional feeder,it is confirmed that the control accuracy and reliability of the intelligent belt feeder can satisfy the production requirements.
