基于X-R控制图的凸轮轴精磨轴颈过程控制研究

         

摘要

在凸轮轴生产中,精磨轴颈是最为重要的关键工序,如何有效地对该工序进行过程控制,以保证质量稳定可靠是一个重点问题.针对该问题,提出SPC统计过程控制方法中基于正态分布的X-R控制图,在生产中应用统计技术对工序全过程进行实时监测,通过收集关键尺寸的数据,进行计算和分析,区分出生产过程中的随机波动和异常波动,对工序过程能力指数CpK值进行评估,及时发现和修正偏差,同时优化工艺参数,完善现场管理,保持持续改进,从而保证了大规模生产过程的均匀性和稳定性,并节省了生产成本,提高了工作效率.%In the camshaft production ,fine grinding journal is one of the most important processes, during which how to effectively control the process to ensure stable and reliable quality is a priority issue. The controlling method of SPC was come up with in the statistic processes.For this problem, normal distribution of controlling chart based on X-R was proposed and the whole process was monitored by collecting, computing and analyzing the key data, which can distinguish the random and volatile fluctuation in the production process.The ability index of CpK was evaluated in the production, in order to timely detect and correct deviationAt the same time the process parameters are optimized,the management is perfected and continuous improvement is maintained as well,thus the requirements of uniformity and stability is ensured in the mass production.Above all,it decreases the cost and improves the work efficiency.
