基于APDL的直线电机驱动型支撑台结构有限元分析与优化

         

摘要

介绍了直线电机驱动的支撑台结构的优化设计方案,然后利用APDL语言建立支撑台的参数化实体模型,采用智能划分网格方法进行网格划分,生成有限元模型.施加载荷及约束后进行求解.接着进入到优化设计模块,提取并指定状态变量和目标函数,生成支撑台结构优化分析文件,采用一阶优化方法进行支撑台结构参数的优化.在不改变直线电机驱动的支撑台使用性能的前提下,改进后方案与原方案设计相比,轻量化效果较明显,节约了材料,提高了支撑台结构的比刚度,从而对整个高速机床的设计具有重要的参考意义.%It introduce the optimized design scheme of the support table driven by linear motor.First, a parametric entity model of the support table is set up with the application of APDL,and meshing is done by adopting intelligent meshing method to generate a finite element modeLThen loads and constraints are applied to solve a solution.With the optimum design module,the state variable and the target function are extracted and appointed to generate optimization document for the support table Afterwards,the first-order optimization method is adopted to optimize the structural parameter of the support table.Under the premise of not changing the performance of support table driven by linear motor,compared with the original one ,the improved scheme is more obvious in lightweight and the saving of materials, and the structural stiffness of support table is enhanced. Thus it provides important and significant reference for the design of the entire highspeed machine tools.
