基于UBET的振动挤压螺纹扭矩的有限元动态仿真

         

摘要

Torque on the cutting tools is necessary basis for the design of machine and fixture.According to Principles of Metal Forming,a mathematicd model for extruding, tapping is built with the help of UBET in it,in which vibrating extrusion process of internal thread is simulated through DEFORM-3D software. Then main factors for influencing extruding and tapping torque ,such as pre-tapped workpiece diameter,lubricant for cooling,etc is analyzed. The resulto after simulating reveal the main influence of main factors on tapping torque and basic law of changes,which is significant both in theory and practice for decreasing torque of vibration,improving quality of tapping and promoting tapping effect.%刀具所受扭矩是设计机床、夹具等的必要依据.根据金属塑性成形理论,利用上限元法(UBET)建立了振动挤压攻丝的数学模型.并利用DEFORM-3D对内螺纹的振动挤压进行了模拟.研究了内螺纹的振动挤压成形,分析了工件预制底孔直径、冷却润滑液种类等影响振动挤压攻丝扭矩的主要因素,根据模拟结果揭示出各主要因素对攻丝扭矩的影响及其变化的基本规律.这些规律对减小扭矩、提高内螺纹质量、改善攻丝效果都有一定理论和实践指导意义.
