串联转鼓羽毛过滤机流场研究

         

摘要

The serial drum filter is a kind of filter-press ,which structure and operating principle is introduced,which flow field is numerically simulated by applying software of FLUENT. As you know the performance of the filter depends mainly on the pressure in compressing area. Different operating parameters may produce different effect to the flow field,in which revolving speed of big drum, revolving speed of small drum and entrance pressure are the main impact parameters. By applying orthogonal designs the impact of a variety of operating parameters on the field is calculated,then primary and secondary sequences of those factors for impacting filtering effect are analyzed Thus optimal operating plan is determined combining the simulating as well as the layout of the flow field under the plan is obtained.%串联转鼓连续过滤机是一种新型的转鼓加压过滤机.简单介绍这种过滤机的工作原理和主要结构,并应用流场分析软件FLUENT,对串联转鼓连续过滤机流场进行了数值模拟.过滤机过滤性能主要取决于压缩区的压力,不同的操作参数对流场影响不同,主要影响参数为大转鼓转速、小转鼓转速和入口压力.采用正交实验设计技术计算各操作参数对流场影响大小,分析各因素对过滤效果影响的主次顺序.结合模拟方案确定了最佳操作方案,得到该方案下的流场分布图.
