基于ADAMS的重型半挂牵引车建模及性能研究

     

摘要

在ADAMS中建立重型半挂汽车的模型,通过角阶跃输入、角脉冲转向输入、回正性仿真试验,来验证模型的瞬态响应特性及牵引车在有无半挂车两种工况下性能的比较,仿真结果表明,车辆动力学模型可以很好的仿真不同工况下车辆的响应,挂车对牵引车瞬态响应的影响不大,但对于瞬态响应后进入稳定状态的侧向加速度、横摆角速度等影响较大,在研究重型半挂车时,一定要把牵引车和挂车放在一起进行试验研究,从而更好地为重型半挂车的研究提供依据.%A dynamic model for heavy trailer towing vehicle was set up in ADAMS in order to verify transient response of the model and compare the performance with or without trailer by means of step-input, pulse steering input and returnability, which result shows that dynamic model for the vehicle can simulate the response of the vehicle very well under different working conditions. While the trailer has little influence on the transient response of the vehicle,however it is greater on lateral acceleration and the yaw-rate which comes to stable after the transient ersponse. Therefore, it is suggested to test thte towing vehicle and trailer to gether in researching the heavy trailer which may provide basis for the research of the heavy trailer.
