计算机辅助全站仪测量系统在整流罩型架装配中的应用

         

摘要

介绍了计算机辅助全站仪测量系统的组成、工作原理及其在整流罩装配型架安装过程中的应用.以全站仪测量系统为基础,提出了整流罩型架测量系统总体设计方案和平面度的测量方法,确定了整流罩型架基准平台的测量方案,以基台平面度测量为例,较详细地介绍了基准平台测量坐标系的建立和测量点的布置,并介绍了利用Matlab多元插值法绘制曲面图辅助型架装配调整的方法,采用最小二乘法对测量数据进行了处理分析,最后展望了计算机辅助全站仪测量系统的发展前景.%It introduces the composition working principle of the computer aided total station measuring system as wall as their application during faring fixture assembly. The overall design proposal for the fairing fixture measuring system and measuring technique of flatness is presented basing on the computer aided total station measurement system Thus the proposal for measuring the base platform of the fairing fixture is presented as well.Taking the base platform as the measuring example, more detailed introduction is given on the establishment of measurement coordinate system of the base platform, and the arrangement of measuring points as well. Meantime,method for assisting assembly and adjustment of fixture is explained through the curved surface drawn by Matlab multivariate interpolation, and the measuring data is processed and analyzed with the least squares method. Anyway, the future development for the computer aide d total station measuring system is forecasted well.
