基于逆向工程的摩托车覆盖件设计

     

摘要

The definition and work fiow of reverse engineering were introduced in the paper. Firstly, geometrical surfaces of a motorcycle panel were measured by three-dimensional scanner and their point clouds were obtained. Then the point clouds de-noising processing was performed,feature points were extracted,curves were constructed and surfaces splicing were realized in lmageware software.Lastly,three-dimensional solid modeling was established in Unigraphics software,entity data was provided to rapid devel opment of the motorcycle panel. During the course of data processing and solid modeling, innovative design can be realized based on the original.%介绍了逆向工程的含义及其工作流程.首先利用三维激光扫描仪对摩托车覆盖件表面进行测量,获取三维点云数据.然后在Imageware软件中进行点云的去噪处理、特征点的提取、特征曲线的构建和曲面的拼接.最后在Unigraphics软件中进行三维实体建模,为摩托车覆盖件的快速开发提供实体数据.在数据处理和实体建模的过程中,可以在原有基础上进行创新设计.
