反击式破碎机冲击破碎力有限元仿真分析

         

摘要

Using LS-DYNA finite element method,simulation and analysis for impact force of impact crasher was done.In order to study the effect of the rock crushing effect on the impact forces under the flat hammer and impact plate.Failure constitutive model -the plasticity kinematic model was adoptedLThat is to say, if the strain somewhere in the rock exceeds the failure value,the rock would fail at this position,therefore the effect of the rock on the impact force in impacting process was simulated. Simulation shows that for a smaller impact velocity,the impact force and velocity has a linear relationship.If the impact velocity exceeds a certain value, the impacted position of rock will failure ,and the relationship of it will be a quadratic curve At the same time the impact force of the rock at different position was simulated and a helpful conclusion was obtained.%运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对反击式破碎机冲击破碎力进行了仿真分析.为了研究岩石在板锤和反击板作用下的破碎效应对打击力的影响,采用了考虑失效的岩石本构模型—塑性随动模型.即当岩石某个部位的应变超过其失效应变时,该部位将发生失效,以此模拟岩石在打击过程中发生破碎时对冲击破碎力的影响.结果表明:当冲击速度较小时,打击力与冲击速度呈线性关系;当冲击速度较大,岩石的应变超过其失效应变时,打击力与冲击速度呈二次曲线的关系.同时,对打击岩石不同部位时的打击力进行了仿真,得到了一些有益的结论.
