新型蜂窝蓄热体热工特性的数值模拟

     

摘要

A kind of new honeycomb regenerator called converging-diverging channel regenerator was introduced.Heat transfer process of the new honeycomb regenerator and the traditional honeycomb re~ generator were numerically simulated based on the computational fluid dynamics software According to the simulation results,the characteristics between regenerator with converging-diverging channel and straight honeycomb with uniform section were compared in aspects such as the fumes pressure loss,the temperature changes between fumes and regenerator as well as the heat transfer rate And it was found that the regenera-tor with converging-diverging channel was less in low pressure loss,lower in outlet temperature and higher in heat transfer rate increased by 5% more.The proposal of this new honeycomb regenerator provides a new idea for the enhancing of heat transfer In the regenerator and theoretical basis for further study.%提出了一类新型蜂窝状蓄热体一缩放通道蓄热体,应用计算流体力学数值分析软件,定量分析缩放通道蓄热体和等截面直通道蓄热体的传热过程.根据模拟结果,从烟气压力损失、烟气与蓄热体温度变化和传热速率等方面,比较缩放通道蓄热体与等截面直通道蜂窝体的特性,发现缩放通道蓄热体压力损失较小,烟气出口温度低,传热速率大,且传热速率增大5%以上.这种新型蜂窝蓄热体的提出,为蓄热式换热器的强化传热提供新的思路,为进一步研究提供理论依据.
