叉车转向油缸缸筒加工的技术改进

     

摘要

Forklifts steering cylinder barrel machining is complex with high precision in bore dimension,less roughness in surface and high requirement in bore cylindricity and axiality in bore screw of both ends.The original positioning method is difficult,which machining technology may cause uneven barrel wall thickness, fail to achieve the requirement for surface Toughness of the cyiinder.In this case simple assembly tooling consists of nine parts is designed,which can fasten the clamping by manual screwing,at the same time it can pull-push the middle small shaft by hydraulic drive,which solves the difficult positioning problem in parts machining. The bore machining adopts compound boring and rolling technology and find a solution according to the quality analysis for problems available in machining,which greatly improves surface quality and dimensional accuracy in machining cylinder barrel bore.%叉车转向油缸缸筒加工复杂,内孔尺寸精度高、表面粗糙度要求小,内孔圆柱度和两头孔螺纹的同轴度要求高.原有的加工方法定位难度大,加工工艺易造成缸体壁厚不均匀和表面粗糙度达不到要求等.设计了由九种零件装配而成的简易工装,此工装可手动螺杆拧紧装夹,也可用液压驱动中间小轴推拉,解决了零件加工定位难的问题.对内孔的加工采用复合镗滚加工技术,根据加工中存在的问题进行质量分析并提出了解决办法,极大地提高了缸筒内孔加工的表面质量和尺寸精度.
