基于PLC控制的负极片生产线自动输送系统的设计

摘要

负极片是高性能能量供给部件之一,负极片生产又是空间电源制造的关键环节.通过对负极片生产线的工作原理和工艺流程的分析,设计了以主-从站PLC和触摸屏为控制核心的负极片生产线自动输送系统.上位机以触摸屏为载体,设计了手动操作及自动运行的界面,下位机的软件系统设计了手动工作方式和自动工作方式的控制系统.该输送系统用四个电机驱动的机械手、两条自动输送线和一个银网放置转盘实现了自动放纸、放模、放网、脱模等物料输送的自动化,有效地提高了负极片生产的效率,避免了有毒物质对生产人员健康的损害.%Negative film is kind of high-performance power supply component negative film production is the key step of space power manufacturing.Through the negative film production line working principle and process analysis , designed a negative film production line automated delivery system based on master-slave PLC and touching screen,achieved materials automatic transportation including paper,mold,silver nets,etc.Effectively improve the efficiency of the negative film production and avoid the toxic substances damaging the health of production personnel.
