基于PLM的产品信息管理系统的设计与开发

摘要

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), which is a main application of information tecnnology in the machine design, is a support of many design technology. It plays an important role in modern machine design. While the product structure management (PSM)is the core part of the product data management When modern enterprises implements product structure management application of PLM, one difficult problem is the integrity between heterogeneous systems. Based on the real demands of enterprise, it designs and implements a product structure management module which uses SolidWorks as the CAD tool.%产品全生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,PLM)是信息技术在设计领域中的重要应用,也是众多设计方法的支持技术,在现代设计中起着举足轻重的作用.而产品结构管理(Product Structure Management,PSM)又是产品数据管理中的核心部分之一.现代企业在应用PLM进行产品结构管理(Product Structure Management,PSM)时涉及到的一个重要难题是异构系统(PLM系统与PLM系统,PLM系统与CAD系统)之间的集成.以具体企业实际信息化需求为基础,就该企业复杂产品协同设计平台中的重要模块—产品结构管理模块进行研究,设计并实现了以SolidWorks为CAD工具的产品结构管理系统.
