面向制造过程的车间实时监控系统设计

     

摘要

Aiming at the requirement of workshop monitoring and the characteristics of the machining shop, based on the analysis of the present situation of the workshop monitoring system and the workshop's data type, the workshop real-time monitoring system was designed. In the design, it used four acquisition methods to ensure workshop manufacturing process information of comprehensiveness, real-time and accuracy. With the system, production process status information was collected and sent to monitor and manage sectors, strengthen the workshop and monitor efforts, improving the disorder of the workshop and the product quality and production efficiency.%针对某企业机械加工车间的生产特点和在车间监控方面存在的问题,在分析目前车间监控现状及离散企业车间数据类型的基础上,对制造过程车间实时监控系统进行了设计.通过对监控系统功能和业务流程设计以及采用多种采集方式相结合的形式,保证车间制造过程信息的全面性、实时性和准确性.通过此系统可以实现对现场生产过程中各种生产状态信息的采集与管理,并能够使制造过程实时数据直接到达生产监测和管理环节,有助于加强车间监控力度和改善车间生产的混乱无序性.
