压力储罐的静态有限元分析

             

摘要

The regular design method can be used to calculate the thickness of the pressure storage tank s tube body and shell cover, but it can't be used to analyze the bearing capacity of the storage tank which has been connected with pipes. The static structure analysis has been carried out for the storage lank which has connection with pipes by using ANYSYS finite element analysis software, obtaining the storage tank's maximum distortion position and the deformation, maximum stress intensity position and stress value. The first theory of strength show that the thickness of the storage tank determined by the regular design can satisfy the strength requirement after pipes are connected with the storage tank.%利用规则设计方法对压力储罐的筒体和封头进行了厚度计算,但不能分析安装接管后储罐的承载能力.利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对安装接管后的压力储罐进行结构静力分析,得到储罐的最大变形位置和变形量,最大应力强度位置和应力值.根据第一强度理论说明规则设计确定的储罐厚度能满足联接接管后的强度要求.
