基于逆向工程的产品快速开发精度分析与控制

         

摘要

基于逆向工程的产品快速开发一直是困扰产品设计人员的技术难题,解决这一问题对于缩短产品开发时间、降低开发成本有重要的意义.精度控制是逆向产品开发的关键技术.探讨了基于逆向工程的产品快速开发全过程中的产品模型、工艺规划、快速成形、评估验收等四个阶段的精度影响因素,重点分析了快速成形加工精度影响因素,提出了精度分配与控制方法.通过实例说明,合理分配和控制精度,能有效满足基于逆向工程的产品快速开发的精度要求.%It is likely still a key technique difficulty for product designers to achieve rapid product development based on reverse engineering, and a fair engineering solution will surely be significant in the reduction of product development leading time and cost.The precision control is the crucial technology for reverse development of the prod.uct.The factors affecting the precision of the rapid development of products based on reverse engineering, through four stages which includes product model,process planning, rapid prototyping, evaluation & acceptance, is discussed.Focusing on the analysis of rapid prototyping process,the methods of precision distribution and control, is proposed.By the example ,through the distribution and control of precision rationally,the accuracy requirement of the rapid development of the product based on reverse engineering is met, effectively.
