TRIZ在塑料制离合器总泵旋转焊接设计中的应用

     

摘要

Ahstract:A TRIZ method is proposed to improve the sealing performance of weld seam in a plastic clutch pump cylinder,which is completed by rotary welding.TRIZ provides the basic idea to solve the problem of the design process of the plastic clutch master cylinder rotary welding:The physical conflicts and technical conflicts of rotary welding were defined by the TRIZ;The uncompromising solutions to the technical conflicts of rotary welding were created and the welding bead's structure and the plastic clutch master cylinder's welding manufacturing process were improved,which is based on the TRIZ technical conflicts resolving matrix innovative prnciples,in order to achieve weld sealing performance improvement.By comparing with the experimental results,the improved method can effectively improve the sealing performance of the weld seam.%针对某款由旋转焊接加工完成的塑料制离合器总泵缸体焊缝部位密封不良的问题,提出一种TRIZ方法来改善焊缝部位密封性.TRIZ提供解决塑料制离合器总泵旋转焊接设计过程冲突的基本思路:根据TRIZ冲突解决原理,定义了旋转焊接设计的物理冲突与技术冲突;基于TRIZ技术矛盾矩阵的创新原理,构思出旋转焊接设计中技术冲突的无妥协解决方案,改进了焊接头结构与该款塑料制离合器总泵焊接制造中的工艺,从而实现焊缝部位密封性能的改善.通过对比试验验证,该改进方法可有效改善焊缝部位密封性能.
