连续波泥浆脉冲发生器转子参数设计及敏感性分析

     

摘要

连续波泥浆脉冲发生器传输速率快、精度高,其转子形状对于提高压力波信号质量具有重要意义.为获得理想正弦波形,需要设计合理的转子形状.建立了三角形转子流通面积计算模型,并依据转子设计准则,建立了三角形转子形状优化模型,就优化所得结构参数对最大压降、最小压降及相关系数的影响进行敏感性分析.分析结果表明,转子直边斜率k2对压力波信号影响最显著.为减小结构参数的敏感性,提出在脉冲发生器中设置与定转子并联的旁路结构,并对并联旁路结构进行优化及敏感性分析.分析结果表明,并联旁路结构可以明显减小转子设计参数对压力波信号的影响.%Continuous wave mud pulse generator has high transmission speed and precision,it's rotor shape is of great significance to improve the quality of pressure wave signal.In order to obtain ideal sine wave,we need to design a reasonable shape of the rotor.Triangle rotor circulation area calculation model is established in this paper.Then according to the rotor design criterion,established the triangle rotor shape optimization model,analysisthe sensitivity of the influence of optimizing structure parameterson the maximum pressure drop,minimum pressure drop and the correlation coefficient.The analysis result shows that the rotor straight slope k2 is the most significant influence on stress wave signal.To reduce the sensitivity of the structural parameters,this paper puts forward setting a bypass structure in parallel with stator,then optimize and analysis the sensitivity of the structure.The analysis results show that the parallel bypass structure can significantly reduce the influence of rotor design parameters on the stress wave signal.
