小型二次循环农村污水处理器的设计与试验

     

摘要

针对我国农村排水设施不完善,生活污水随意排放,对土壤和生活环境造成严重危害的问题,设计了一种小型二次循环农村污水处理器,依次确定一次循环接触氧化槽、二次循环接触氧化槽、分离槽的主体结构参数及二次循环时间.样机性能试验表明:该处理器的鼓风机的功率为300W,紫外线杀菌灯功率为50W,对污水中BOD、COD的去除率分别达到97%和90%,可实现在2小时内对600L生活污水完成曝气、过滤、消毒、出水处理并达标,合计每吨污水处理费用为0.8元.整机工作稳定,处理效果显著,经济效益和生态效益明显,为相关污水处理设备提供了一种简单易行的设计方法.%For the rural drainage facilities is not perfect in our country, wastewater disposal, causing serious harm to soil and environment problems, this paper designed a small two cycle of rural sewage processor, to determine the main structure parameters of a circular contact oxidation tank, two cycles of contact oxidation tank, separation tank and two times cycle time. Prototype performance test:power blower of the processor is 300W, power UV germicidal lamp for 50W, the removal rate of BOD and COD in sewage reached 97%and 90%respectively, can be achieved within 2 hours of completion of 600L sewage aeration, filtration, disinfection, water treatment and compliance, the total wastewater treatment costs per ton for 0.8 yuan. The machine has the advantages of stable operation, obvious treatment effect, obvious economic benefit and ecological benefit, and provides a simple and feasible design method for the relevant sewage treatment equipment.
