一种新型粘弹性磁性磨具的制备及其加工实验研究

     

摘要

为解决当前粘弹性磁性磨具其流动性和界面结合差、易开裂且不易分解等问题,研制了一种新型粘弹性磁性磨具并对其进行光整加工铝合金管内圆的研究.结果表明:新制备的磨具有流动性良好、较以往基体的磨具加工效果好等优点.工件回转比磁极回转加工效果好;在单磁极、基体质量与铁磁颗粒和SiC颗粒的质量比值为1∶2且工件转速达到600r/min时,铝合金管的内圆表面粗糙度Ra值从0.8281μm降到0.272μm,Ra值相对下降率为67.2%;基体质量与铁磁颗粒和磨粒颗粒总质量比值为1∶2的磨具较比值为1∶1的磨具加工效果好.%The viscoelastic magnetic abrasive tool with current preparing method is illiquid and durable and has poor interfacial bonding force.Also,it easily cracks and couldn't easily decompose.In order to solve the problem,it introduces a new kind of viscoelastic magnetic abrasive tool with newly prepared base and an experiment was investigated with aluminum alloy tube.The results showed that the new viscoelastic magnetic abrasive tool has a better liquidity and it can get a better performance in finishing workpiece than ever abrasives with former base.The rotation of tube has a better processing effect than the rotation of pole.Under the condition of single pole and the mass ratio of the matrix and the ferromagnetic particles and SiC particles is 1∶ 2,the inner peripheral surface roughness value descends from 0.828 μm to 0.272 μm when the workpiece is at a high rotational speed of 600r/mitt Ra value of the relative decline was 67.2%.The abrasive tool with the mass ratio of the matrix and the ferromagnetic particles and SiCparticles 1∶2 makes better effects than abrasive tool with ration of 1∶1.
