高速永磁无刷电机转子模态分析与试验研究

         

摘要

In order to improve the rotating stability of motor,avoid vibration and equipment damage caused by rotation of the rotor on the design of rotor in high-speed brushless motor, professional dynamic finite element analysis software SAMCEF ROTOR was used to solved simulation mode followed by the geometric model of the rotor established by NX software. The natural frequencies and mode shapes map of brushless motor rotor were obtained,and it is found that numerical simulation is consistent with those natural frequencies and mode shapes that measured by modal analysis testing. The dynamic model was validated, researched low-order vibration characteristics of the rotor of high speed permanent magnet brushless motor, It provided effective measures and reference of methods on analysis and optimization of rotor brushless motor.%在高速永磁无刷电机转子设计中,为了提升电机运行的稳定性,避免转子高速失稳所引起的振动和设备损坏,通过NX软件建立了转子几何模型,导入转子动力学分析软件SAMCEF ROTOR进行求解,获得了高速永磁无刷电机转子的固有频率与振型图;通过试验模态分析实测其固有频率与振型,两者数据作比较,结果吻合.验证了动力学模型的正确性,了解了高速永磁无刷电机转子的低阶振动特性,为高速永磁无刷电机的转子设计与优化提供了有效手段和方法参考.
