废旧机床再设计质量参数决策方法

         

摘要

针对当前由于再制造机床顾客满意度普遍偏低而导致市场竞争力不强的情况,提出一种废旧机床再设计质量参数决策方法.在该方法中,根据现有废旧机床再制造实例及其相应的竞争性评价,构建基于模糊非线性回归法的QFD模型,并通过该模型得到废旧机床再制造质量特征参数与顾客需求之间,以及废旧机床不同再制造质量参数之间的模糊关系;其次构建废旧机床再制造产品配置模型,并通过该模型得到使顾客满意度最大化的废旧机床再制造质量参数.以某厂废旧CW6163机床的再制造设计实践为例,厂生产的再制造机床的顾客满意度显著提高,证明了该方法的有效性及可行性.%Aiming to the weak competitiveness of remanufactured machine tools caused by the low customer satisfaction, the decision method for re-design quality coefficients of waste machine tools is proposed.In this method,according to the present remanufactured machine tool examples and the corresponding competitive evaluations, a QFD model based on fuzzy linear regression is established and the fuzzy relationships between customer requirements and quality coefficients, and among quality coefficients are obtained by resolving this model. Then the product configuration model of remanufactured machine tools is established, and the quality coefficients which maximally meet the customer requirements can be obtained by resolving this model. The re-design and practice process of the waste CW6163 in a plant is taken as an example and the customer satisfaction of the remanufactured machine tools in this plant is significantly increased, which illustrates the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed method.
