可控倒锥角微孔磨料流加工成形研究

     

摘要

运用fluent软件对微孔近壁面处的磨粒相对壁面的压强和速度进行分析计算,求得在微孔壁面处沿轴线方向的速度和压强,在轴向方向上微孔壁面处的速度变化不大,而在轴向方向上微孔壁面处的压强呈逐级递减的趋势,通过切削经验公式Preston方程计算得到磨粒在不同时间下对微孔长度方向上的材料去除量,与相同实验参数下的加工成形的倒锥角微孔进行对比,仿真结果与实际加工中的微孔的倒锥角相吻合.从而实现控制加工时间来实现不同微孔倒锥形角度的加工成形研究.%Though the software Fluent,the pressure and velocity against the micropore wall of grains is calculated and analysed. The velocity and pressure along the axial direction of the micro hole wall are obtained,and the velocity of the micro wall in the axial direction has little change,and the pressure on the micro hole wall in the axial direction shows a trend of decreasing step by step.The material removal of the grains in the radial direction at different times is calculated though cutting Preston equation. The reversed core angle in the simulation result is consistent with the actual experiment at the same forming parameters.The approach is achieved by studying on core angle forming of different micropore though controlling processing time.
