The automatic production line for high-frequency welding H-beam was designed, which was applied to produce the H-beam of the web plate with the height less than 100 mm. The technological process for the whole production line -was framed, and the designs were conducted by dividing the production line into pre-welding processing, HF welding and post-welding processing. The software SolidWorks was applied to design the virtual prototype and to simulate the motion of mechanisms on production line. The closed-loop control system composed of PLC was applied to control automatic running of the production line.%设计腹板高度不大于100 mm的高频焊接H型钢自动化生产线.制定了整个生产线的工艺流程,将生产线分为焊接前的准备、高频焊接、焊后的处理等过程;采用SolidWorks软件从零件的特征建模到机构的虚拟装配进行了虚拟样机设计,对机构和整条生产线进行了运动仿真;采用PLC控制器组成闭环控制系统,控制整条生产线的自动运行.
