工程机械运行维护系统中的安全设计

         

摘要

通过对工程机械运行维护系统(CMRAS)进行安全设计,对安全体系中的各个层次:应用层、数据访问和处理层、数据层、基础网络层的安全威胁进行分析,并制定相应的安全策略和应对措施,保证了CMRAS中机密数据:工程机械的技术参数、运行数据、远程操作指令、位置等信息的安全传输和存储,提高了系统运行的稳定性,减少了系统故障率,确保工程机械安全运行和故障的及时诊断和维护,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果.%Through the analysis of security design for the construction machinery running attention system ( CMRAS) and security system security threats at all levels, including application layer, data access and processing layer, data layer, based network layer,the corresponding security policies and response measures were formulated to ensure security of confidential data transfer and storage in CMRAS, including the technical parameters for construction machinery, operating data, remote operation command, location and other information. The stability of the system is increased and the system failure rate is reduced. The safe operation of machinery and timely failure diagnosis and maintenance are ensured, and good effect in the practical application is obtained.
