机床主轴组件便携式振动分析仪设计

主轴组件是机床的关键组件,目前国内主轴组件检测技术远落后于国外同行,并缺乏高速主轴振动分析仪.基于此种现状,设计一套新的机床主轴组件便携式振动分析仪,并详细介绍该仪器的硬件系统设计和软件系统设计.%The spindle assembly is a key component of machine tool. The detection technique of spindle assembly in china lags behind that of foreign competitors, and there is no vibration analyzer of high-speed spindle. Based on the actuality, a new portable vibration analyzer for spindle assembly of machine tool was designed. Its hardware system design and software system design were illustrated.
