地毯打样机中夹绒与割绒机构的运动准确性是保证打样机生产出高质量样品的关键环节之一.在分析国内外先进机型的基础上,综合运用曲柄滑块机构、气动原理以及步进电机,设计出一种新型的地毯打样机的夹绒与割绒机构.该机构能够准确地将线从线库中拉下来,再用割刀将线割断.整个机构结构新颖、动作稳定可靠.%Motion accuracy of clip and cut flocking mechanism of carpet samples making machine is one of the key links for producing high quality samples. Based on analyzing the advanced model, using slider-crank mechanism, principle of air drive and stepper motor, a new type of clip and cut flocking mechanism of carpet samples making machine was developed. Using the mechanism, the line can be accurately pulled down from the line tool, and then cutted down. The mechanism is stable and credible.
