高精度高速线性液压机械式转速传感器设计与分析

         

摘要

提出一种现代航空发动机上高精度高速线性液压机械离心式转速传感器反设计的方法.通过坐标平面投影方法设计反馈凸轮型面,将离心力引起的非线性弹簧压缩位移转换为线性位移.对双摆活门式液压放大器进行建模,分析其动态特性.并通过实际算例验证该设计方法的正确性.%A design method of hydromechanical centrifugal rotational speed transducer was presented, which was commonly used in aircraft engine with the advantages of high-accuracy, high speed and linearity. By the method of coordinate plane projection, the surface of the feedback cam was designed to covert the nonlinear spring displacement corresponding to centrifugal force to linear displacement which indicated rotational speed. The hydraulic amplifier with dual nozzle flapper and piston was modeled and its dynamic characteristic was analyzed. The example demonstrates that the design is effective.
