基于EPEC控制器的推土机控制系统及其牵引实验研究

         

摘要

The controller EPEC was introduced into the control system of hydraulic bulldozer, and the control system in which EPEC controller was the core was formed. A test platform for 73. 55 kW (100 horsepower) bulldozer driving drive system was built. The experiments for its traction performance were made. The results show that the control system can effectively use the engine power, it has good control effect and stable performance. It provides foundation for the intelligent research of the whole hydraulic bulldozer.%将EPEC控制器引入到全液压推土机控制系统中,组成了以EPEC控制器为核心的控制系统,并搭建73.55 kW(100马力)推土机行驶驱动系统实验平台,对其牵引性能进行实验.实验结果表明:该控制系统能有效利用发动机功率,控制效果优良,性能稳定,为全液压推土机智能化研究提供了参考.
