基于曲面重构技术的塑料异型材挤出模具制造技术研究

         

摘要

研究基于曲面重构技术的塑料异型材挤出模具制造技术.采用三角网格法对塑料异型材挤出模具机颈段数据进行测头半径补偿;采用基于3个基准点的对齐方法进行直接对齐;基于扫掠造型方式进行曲面重构.经试验验证:采用曲面重构技术进行挤出模制造,缩短了挤出模具的开发周期,提高了模具质量.反求工程技术为国外先进模具的设计制造国产化提供了重要手段,为企业异型材模具设计与制造提供参考.%Plastic profile extrusion mould manufacturing technology based on curved surface reconstruction technology was studied. Triangle grid method was adopted to compensate gauge head radius for the data of mechanic neck section of plastic profile extrusion mould. Alignment method based on 3 datum points was adopted to implement direct alignment. Sweeping modeling method was adopted to implement curved surface reconstruction. Experimental results show that the development cycle of extrusion mould is shortened and the quality of mould is enhanced by adopting curved surface reconstruction technology to implement extrusion mould manufacture. Reverse engineering technology provides important means for domestically producing foreign advanced mould. It provides reference for enterprises to design and manufacture profile mould.
