电火花加工放电介质的研究

摘要

Through analyzing the plasma column shape in EDM discharge channel, ihe discharge current and the electromagnetic characteristics of EDM discharge channel, also comparing and summarizing the machining performance of different dielectric in EDM, finally it is proposed that the technology research direction of EDM dielectric should be consistent with green manufacturing and sustainable development concept.%通过对电火花加工放电通道中等离子体柱的形状和放电通道的电流、电磁特性进行分析,并对电火花加工中不同介质的加工性能进行对比和总结,提出电火花船工介质的技术研究方寓应符合绿色制造和资源的可持续发展的理念.
