基于AT89 S52的自主清淤装置控制系统设计

     

摘要

In order to overcome the disadvantages of artificial dredging,a new kind of independent dredging device was proposed, selecting three AT89S52 single-chip microcomputers as the controller,and taking the control mode of“one host computer and two slave computers”. The wireless modules were adopted to realize the information communication between the host computer and slave comput-ers. In addition,the dredging device was equipped with the infrared obstacle avoiding sensor,photoelectric encoder,infrared distance measuring sensor,battery power detecting sensor,and weighting sensor to monitor the operational status of the dredging device real time. It is demonstrated that the perfect control design makes the device have certain autonomous operating capacity in the complex, harsh applications such as the sewage ditch,thus ensuring that the dredging device can replace the manpower to complete the clean-up of the drainage trench in metallurgical enterprises automatically.%为了克服人工清淤所带来的种种弊端,提出一种新型的自主清淤装置,它以3片AT89S52单片机为控制器,采取“1个上位机+2个下位机”的控制模式,上位机和下位机之间通过无线串口模块实现信息交互。清淤装置还配有红外避障传感器、光电编码器、红外测距传感器、蓄电池电量检测传感器和荷重传感器等,以实时监测清淤装置的运行状态。实践表明:完善的控制设计使清淤装置在诸如排污沟之类的复杂、恶劣的环境中具有一定的自主作业能力,从而保证清淤装置能够替代人工实现冶金企业排污沟自动清理工作。
