基于电液比例控制的襟翼驱动器液压加载系统

     

摘要

A set of hydraulic load testing system for the routine maintenance and repair for the flap actuator of A319/A320 airplane was designed.A electro-hydraulic proportional control mode was proposed,S7-300 PLC was used as logic control unit,transducers were used as data acquisition unit.Through controlling components such as the proportional valve and hydraulic motor,the load torque of the flap actuator was analoged.Experimental results show that the hydraulic loading system based on electro-hydraulic proportional control is running stable,reliable,can be used to complete the airworthiness testing of the flap actuator well.%设计一套主要针对空客A319/A320飞机襟翼驱动器日常维护和深度维修的液压加载测试系统.在该系统的设计中,提出一种以S7-300PLC作为逻辑控制单元、传感器作为数据采集单元的电液比例控制方式,通过对比例阀和液压马达等部件的控制,模拟襟翼驱动器实际工况中的负载转矩.实验结果表明:采用上述电液比例控制的方式,该液压加载系统运行稳定,工作可靠,能够很好地完成襟翼驱动器的适航测试任务.
