万能材料试验机加热保温装置的研制

摘要

Universal material testing machine can't be used to make materials mechanical properties test under different temperature.To solve the problem,a temperature control and heat preservation device was designed.The fuzzy-PID control was adapted to realize the temperature control by PLC.It is a practical plan and reaches the temperature control quality.%针对目前国内常用的万能材料试验机不能满足在不同温度条件下进行材料力学性能试验这一状况,设计了一个可以进行多段温度控制的加热保温装置.控制系统以PLC为控制核心,采用模糊PID控制方法对万能材料试验机加热保温装置进行控制,取得了良好的效果.
