根据柱塞悬浮式单体液压支柱结构组成及工作原理,建立系统动态数学模型,运用MATLAB软件判定系统的稳定性;同时改变支柱某些结构参数和工作参数,结合Simulink仿真子模块对系统的动态特性进行仿真研究.通过分析动态响应特性曲线的品质,找出影响破坏支柱的主要因素,为优化单体液压支柱综合性能提供理论依据和技术支持.%According to plunger suspension single hydraulic prop structural composition and working principle,a dynamic model of the system was established.The stability of the system was judged by using MATLAB software.At the same time,the dynamic characteristic of the system was simulated through changing some structural parameters and working parameters of a pillar and combining with Simulink simulation module.The main factors destroying pillars could be found through analyzing the quality of dynamic response characteristic curves.It provides theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing the comprehensive performance of single hydraulic prop.
