基于PLC的电液比例流量控制系统设计

         

摘要

In order to make further development for the original FESTO electro-hydraulic proportional control system, its control principle and characteristics were analyzed, and programmable logic controller PLC was used as electric control unit to improve the original rated value signal source and relay control. The simulation results indicate that the improved system has obvious advantages over the original one, which can meet the requirements of practical teaching.%为对原有的FESTO电液比例控制系统做进一步开发,分析电液比例控制系统的控制原理及特点,采用可编程控制器PLC作为电控制单元改进原有的额定值信号源和继电器控制.仿真结果表明:改进后的系统相比原系统具有明显的优势,能够满足实践教学的要求.
