基于CFX的高速电主轴水冷系统的仿真分析

         

摘要

为了研究高速电主轴水冷系统对主轴热稳定性的影响,采用正交试验方法对高速电主轴冷却系统在不同工况下的冷却效果进行了研究。设计主轴电机发热功率与冷却液流速的正交试验,计算主轴电机发热功率并分为三档,将冷却液流速分别取为0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8 m/s,基于CFX的仿真试验得出电主轴在各工况下的试验结果。正交试验的结果表明:各工况下调节冷却液速度只能使主轴降低5~8℃;主轴最佳工作温度为40℃;正交试验法为主轴温度精确控制提供了数值依据。%In order to research on the spindle thermal stability by water cooling system of the high-speed motorized spindle,the cooling effects of cooling system of the high-speed motorized spindle by using orthogonal test method under different working conditions were researched.The heating power of motorized spindle and orthogonal test of coolant velocity were designed.The heating power was divided into three levels,and the coolant velocity were taken separately as 0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8 m/s,then the experi-mental results of motorized spindle under every working conditions were gotten based on the Compute Flow Dynamics software (CFX) simulation test.The results of orthogonal test show that the temperature of spindle can only be reduced for 5 ~8 ℃ by adjusting the coolant velocity under every working conditions and the optimal working temperature of spindle is at 40 ℃.The method of orthogonal test provides the numerical basis for accurate temperature control of motorized spindle.
