液压件带压微泄漏量精确测定的可行性研究

摘要

研究一种用等容积双出杆液压缸进行带压精确测定液压零件微泄漏量的检测方法，说明检测原理、主要技术措施、加工方法和检测精度等都是可行的，能够满足设计和使用要求。解决了在液压产品生产中，一直困扰着企业的液压元件微泄漏量带压精确测定难题。%Micro-leakage accurate determination method for equal-volume dual-rod hydraulic cylinder with pressure was studied. Its feasibilities of the working principle,the main technical measures of detection,processing method and the detection precision were expounded.It is shown that the method can meet design and use requirements.The micro-leakage accurate determination problem in production of hydraulic products is solved.
