高效数控板式封边排钻智能制造设备的研制

摘要

Aiming at edge banding and multi⁃axis drilling in board type furniture technological process, the application of board edge banding and multi⁃axis drilling equipments were analyzed. The efficient automatic NC equipment technology roadmap was pro⁃posed, and two edge banding and multi⁃axis drilling NC production line model were designed. Efficient intelligent manufacturing of NC edge banding and multi⁃axis drilling was explored.%针对板式家具工艺流程中封边和排钻，分析板式封边排钻设备的应用，提出板式封边排钻高效自动数控装备的技术路线图，设计了两条封边排钻数控化生产线模式，探究高效数控板式封边排钻智能制造。
