轴销端部多件铣床夹具设计

摘要

依据轴销零件的结构特点，通过夹具定位件和夹紧件的合理设计，实现多件同时加工，给出铣床夹具的结构图。该夹具以定位轴作为调整件，结构简单，操作方便，降低了工人的劳动强度，提高了生产效率。%According to the structure characteristic of shaft pin parts , the assembly of milling fixture was given by reasonable and effective design of the locating element and clamping element .It can be used to machine multiple workpieces at the same time .This fix-ture has compact structure and is convenient to use .As adjusting element to locate shaft , thus the labor intensity can be reduced and production efficiency can be improved .
