基于ANSYS的气动平衡器气缸筒壁厚优化设计

         

摘要

For a pneumatic balancer cylinder of wall thickness optimization design problems, an optimization design method of cylinder wall thickness was presented based on the ANSYS. It was realized of the quality in the given conditions of stiffness and strength which satisfied optimization design goals, and verified of finite element simulation results with field experiments and real data. The opti-mization method improves the efficiency of design calculation of a pneumatic balancer cylinder of wall thickness, and reduces the pro-cessing cost, which provides reference to explore a new method for the optimization design of cylinder wall thickness.%针对气动平衡器气缸筒壁厚优化设计问题,提出了基于ANSYS的气缸筒壁厚优化设计方法,实现了在满足给定刚度和强度条件下质量最小的优化设计目标,并用现场实验和真实数据对有限元仿真结果进行了验证。该优化方法提高了气动平衡器气缸筒壁厚设计计算效率,降低了加工成本,对探索新的气缸筒壁厚优化设计方法提供参考。
