基于数据包络分析的调速阀关键特性包络方法研究

摘要

The structure and principle of a typical hydraulic speed regulating valve was introduced .Through its work principle and balance equation , two performance influencing key characteristics of this valve were abstracted .During the manufacture process , some real key characteristics data of success product were collected .Then using process-control diagram and 3σstatistical methods , the en-velopment range of these two key characteristics were determined by data envelopment analysis .The study could be used in risk control and regulation of production's key characteristic .%在介绍某典型液压阀件调速阀结构原理的基础上，根据其工作原理和平衡方程提炼出影响调速阀压力补偿性能的两个关键特性。在生产过程中采集多个成功产品样本的关键特性数据，运用过程控制图和3σ数理统计方法，通过数据包络分析，确定了这两个关键特性的包络区域。该研究可用于对产品关键特性的风险控制及管理分析。
