某航天产品关键部件高精度仰角校准装置设计

摘要

针对某航天产品关键部件的校准过程需要外部为其提供精确的仰角要求，设计一套针对该关键部件的高精度校准装置，通过PLC、触摸屏控制，并基于高精度伺服定位控制和混合模式组合运动控制技术，实现了关键部件的平稳、快速校准，为产品测试提供了技术保障。%Aiming at an aerospace product’ s key component’ s calibration process demand of a precise elevation angle, a set of calibration device was designed for the component.The device was controlled by PLC and touch screen and based on high precision servo positioning control and mixed mode motion control technology, a smooth and fast calibration for the component was realized .It provides technical support for the product.
