故障树和在线监测在高空作业车液压系统故障诊断的应用

         

摘要

对高空作业车扩桥和转向工作原理进行了分析,在此基础上建立了高空作业车扩桥和转向液压系统故障树,对故障产生的原因进行了分析,并利用传感器、EPEC2023控制器和EPEC2025显示器等对液压系统回路关键点参数进行在线监测.分析结果表明:该方法能够提高诊断效率,缩短诊断时间,快速排除高空作业车在工作过程中的故障.%The aerial working platform expansion bridge and steering system working principle was analyzed, the expansion bridge and steering system hydraulic system fault tree was established on the basis of it, the causes of failure was analyzed, and hydraulic cir-cuit key parameters was monitored by using sensors, EPEC2023 controls and displays EPEC2025.The analysis results show that the method can improve the diagnostic efficiency, shorten the time of diagnosis, rapid rule out the failure in the process of the aerial work-ing platform at work.
