多变压器并联抽油电机群控变频互馈系统研究

         

摘要

According to the issues of motor for pumping oil with renewable electric energy underutilization and caused strong busvoltage fluctuation at Direct Current (DC) power supply side, on the basis of the relation model of group control radius, a kind of systemdesign idea of the control and reciprocal power-fed system of group variable frequency motor for pumping oil under multi-transformerin parallel is proposed.The control rule was made that renewable energy being used firstly, and shortage of the power being suppliedthrough network.On these bases, the dynamic mathematic model of rectification system was established, and the control scheme forvoltage coordination and power flow of DC bus was designed so as to satisfy the requirement of voltage quality of DC bus.At the sametime, the key unit circuits and control functions of the system were designed.Power supply of Alternating Current (AC) and DC sharedmode and control unit has the advantages of low modification cost to the oilfield and can satisfy automatic switching security requirementsof remote places.Power supply of Alternating Current (AC) and DC shared mode and control unit had the advantages of lowmodification cost to the oilfield and can satisfy automatic switching security requirements of remote places.Finally, it is proved that theoperation characteristics of security and stability and obvious energy saving effects of the designed system through field application andtest.%针对油田抽油电机再生能量未充分利用及导致直流侧母线供电电压波动的问题,通过建立抽油电机群控半径与再生电能利用率的关系模型,提出一种多变压器并联抽油电机群控变频互馈系统的设计思想.在制定群控电机再生电能优先利用,电网功率补充的控制规则基础上,通过建立整流系统动态数学模型,设计系统直流母线电压协调控制策略,满足直流母线的电压质量指标.同时对系统的关键电路及控制单元进行设计,交直流共享的供电方案及控制功能不仅有效降低了现场供电系统的改造成本,且提高了异地交直流自动判别切换的安全性能.最后通过现场测试验证了所设计系统的安全稳定的运行特性及显著的节能效果.
