数控车床套类零件加工工艺浅析

摘要

The sleeve parts are of ten machined by CNC lathe. This paper discusses the machining technigue for sleeve parts such as accuracy of ladder holes, and application of measurement tools and so on. It is helpful to the practice teaching of CNC lathe.%数控车床加工套类零件是生产中常遇到的.针对内孔的加工、阶梯孔的精度、切削用量的选择、内孔的测量及孔的加工编程等实际问题,进行工艺分析与探讨.
