变频调速液压电梯中单片机控制器的设计与优化

         

摘要

针对采用PWM方式来实现D/A输出方式,使得模拟电压信号的精度和线性度达到预定的标准,采用增加一阶阻容滤波的方法,改善了控制器输出控制电压品质,又采用最小二乘支持向量机优化方式来校正了单片机控制器的输出误差.通过液压电梯控制实验,验证了优化后的单片机控制器对改善变频调速技术性能具有可用性.%This paper uses PWM method to achieve the D/A output mode,the accuracy and linearity of the analog voltage signal are made meef the predetermined standard.First-order RC filter is applied to improving the quality of the control voltage of the controller output and the least squares support vector machines are used to optimize the method and to calibrate the output error of single-chip controller.Through hydraulic elevator control experiments,the optimized single-chip controller is verified and the technical performance of the frequency control availability is improved.
