基于Plant Simulation的汽车生产线仿真技术研究

摘要

Simulation is an effective approach to make process planning and production scheduling for automobile production line. This paper uses simulation software Plant Simulation as a platform and establish a simulation model through researching on the process of a BDC of production line. According to the simulation results, the bottleneck and equipment utilization and failure are ana-lyzed to assess the capacity of the production line.%生产仿真对于汽车生产进行生产规划，生产调度，生产计划制定的有效手段。基于Plant Simulation的仿真软件，对于某汽车生产线BDC区域建立了系统的仿真模型，并依据仿真结果，进行瓶颈分析、设备利用率分析和故障分析，对整个生产线的生产能力进行评估，为生产计划制定以及生产调度提供科学依据。
